Mr. Jose Emmanuel U. Hilado has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to joining UnionBank, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at East West Bank Corporation. He has more than 30 years of experience in banking.
