Mr. Jochen Klosges has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of E.R. Capital Holding GmbH & Cie. KG Group from 2013 to 2021, Member of the Management Board, Commerzbank AG from 2009 to 2013, and Divisional Director Corporate Development, Commerzbank AG from 2007 to 2009. He also served as a Member of the Management Board, Eurohypo AG from 2004 to 2007 and Head of Division Corporate Centre Risk Management, Eurohypo AG from 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Marc Hess has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Postbank AG from 2007 to 2018. He started his professional career at HVB Group in 2000.

Ms. Nina Babic has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since June 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior General Manager Credit Management at Aareal Bank AG, Wiesbaden, Germany from 2021 to 2022. Previously, she served as the Managing Director Corporate Affairs at Aareal Bank AG, Wiesbaden, Germany from 2016 to 2021.

Mr. Christof Winkelmann has been the Chief Market Officer of the bank since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Special Property Finance from 2008 to 2016. He also served as Managing Director of Valartis Bank AG, Zurich from 2006 to 2008 and Director and Head of Hotel Finance Group, Aareal Bank AG from 2000 to 2006.

Mr. Hermann Wagner has been the Chairman of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an audit and tax advisor since 2008. Previously, he served as the Partner, Global Financial Services and other management functions at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2008.
