Ms. Scheppele has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Triumph Group from 2016 to 2020. Previously, she also served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Ascend Performance Materials from 2013 to 2016. Previourlsy, she held management positions at CIO By Request, Cooper Industries, Tyson Foods and Nestlé USA.

Mr. Robert J. Heideman has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technology of the company from 2011 to 2012.
