Mr. Jaswinder Pal Singh has been the Chairman of the company since December 2020. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Co-Founder at Gwynnie Bee Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at firstRain Inc. Mr. Singh also served as an Advisor of Right Media Inc.

Mr. Samuel Wilson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he also served as the Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director of EMEA of the company from January 2020 to June 2020. Mr. Wilson served as the Senior Vice President of the company responsible for the US mid-market sales, eCommerce and global small business from 2017 to 2020. Earlier, he also worked as the Vice President of Finance at MobileIron from 2011 to 2017.

Mr. Kevin Kraus has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since November June 20232. Previously, he served as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this he served Senior Vice President of Finance at the Company. Mr. Kraus also served as the Vice President of Finance at Imperva and Senior Director of Finance at Gigamon.

Ms. Suzy Seandel has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Barracuda Networks. Prior to that, Ms. Seandel served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Cavium Inc from 2007 to 2018.

Mr. Bryan R. Martin has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company from December 2003 to December 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company from 2001 to 2002. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations from 2000 to 2001 and as the company's Chief Technical Officer from 1995 to 2000.
