Mr. Charles G. McClure has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner of Michigan Capital Advisors from 2014 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and the President of Meritor, Inc. from 2004 to 2013. Mr. McClure served as CEO, President and Director of Federal Mogul Corp. He joined Federal Mogul in 2001 as the President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director. Earlier, Mr. McClure served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Detroit Diesel. He joined Detroit Diesel in 1997. Mr. McClure currently serves the Boards of DTE Energy, Crane Co. and Penske Corporation.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Graves serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at MTS Systems. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer for C&D Technologies and Kemet Electronics. Previously, Jeffrey held several leadership and technical roles with General Electric, Rockwell Automation, and Howmet Corporation.

Mr. Jeffrey Creech has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director at the Finely Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Nutramax Laboratories. Before that, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Springs Creative Products Group.

Ms. Phyllis Nordstrom has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, Chief People and Culture Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the company in 2021. She also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at MTS Systems Corporation form 2016 to 2021. Ms. Nordstrom also held several leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target, and US Bank.

Mr. Charles W. Hull has been the Chief Technology Officer of Regenerative Medicine, and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he also served as a Director of the company from 1993 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of engineering at UVP, Inc. He also served as the Engineering Manager at DuPont. Earlier, he also served several other executive positions at the Company, including Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman and President and Chief Operating Officer in 1986.
