Strata Solar (Strata), a provider of utility-scale solar and battery-energy-storage systems, has entered into an agreement with Blackstone, through Blackstone Credit (formerly GSO Capital Partners LP) and its affiliates to provide Strata with $150 million of capital. The deal was completed in Q2 2021.
