Mr. Brian Sikes has been the Chariman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer; Head of the Global Protein and Salt Enterprise; Head of the Protein Business in Europe; and President of Foodservice team for the company. Mr. Sikes currently also serves on the Board of Directors for the US-China Business Council.

Ms. Joanne Knight has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Knight also served as the Vice President of Finance for Cargill's Agriculture Supply Chain enterprise. She also served in various finance, marketing, and general management positions at General Mills.

Mr. David Webster serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Food and Bio enterprise of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Animal Nutrition and Health business of the company.

Ms. Pilar Cruz serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as President and Group Leader of Cargill’s global aqua nutrition business. Ms. Cruz also serves on the Board of Donaldson Company Inc. and Global Leader in engine and industrial air, oil, and liquid filtration solutions.

Mr. Rishi Varma has been the General Counsel, Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he also served as General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise; General Counsel for TPC Group Inc; General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise at Trico Marine Services Inc; and Securities Counsel and Director of Investor Relations for EGL Inc. Mr. Varma has also served as Business Associate for Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LP.
