Our Global Regulatory Monitoring Tool provides insurance regulatory news and updates for 196 markets. The comprehensive database keeps clients abreast of regulatory changes that may present a challenge or an opportunity to trading positions. The data allows you to analyze the impact of regulatory changes in key lines of business and across 17 different areas of interest (i.e. licensing, pricing, policy wordings, etc.). Projected and passed legislations can be filtered to keep track of evolution of changes in time.

Our secondary research process identifies around 1,500 regulatory updates per day from third-party sources. Regional analysts check the links generated in the dataset, review the regulatory authority and association websites daily to identify and source regulatory updates for the assigned markets and screen out irrelevant updates, which are then summarized. After multiple QC levels to ensure quality and accuracy of the updates, they are made available to clients. The target publication cycle is 5-10 days from the time of identifying a regulatory update.
