Screen Holdings Co Ltd (Screen) manufactures semiconductor, electronic equipment, and components. The company manufactures and markets single wafer cleaning equipment, batch-type cleaning equipment, spin scrubber, coater and developer, annealing equipment, wafer pattern inspection and measurement equipment and direct imaging equipment.
