Home BancShares Inc (HBI) is a diversified financial services company, which offers commercial and retail banking and other financial services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Centennial Bank. Its portfolio of products includes savings, money market, checking and individual retirement accounts; time and certificate of deposits; debit and credit cards; and loans for business, student, and personal requirements. The company also offers insurance solutions for homeowners, auto, motorcycle, watercraft, worker’s compensation, builder’s risk, life, health, long-term care, and disability. The supplementary services offered by HBI consists of safe deposit boxes, retirement planning, cash management, asset management, wealth management, overdraft protection, and trust services.
