CEZ, AS (CEZ) is an integrated energy conglomerate company. It extracts and sells coal; generates, distributes and sells electricity and heat; and trades electricity, natural gas, and other commodities. It also generates electricity using wind, gas, nuclear, hydro, coal, solar and biogas sources. CEZ also provides comprehensive energy services, technologies for electricity generation and storage and energy savings services. The company sells coal to its sister companies within the group and also exports to other countries. It serves commercial, residential, and other customers in Central and Southeastern European countries and Turkey. The company has operations in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Turkey and Romania. CEZ is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.
