Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel De Ayala has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer in the company. Currently, he is the Chairman of Globe Telecom Inc, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Ayala Land Inc, AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation, Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc, Asiacom Philippines Inc, AC Industrial Technology Holdings Inc, and AC Infrastructure Holdings Corp. He serves as the Co-Chairman of Ayala Foundation Inc. He also serves as a Director of the Alabang Commercial Corp, AC Ventures Holding Corp, Light Rail Manila Holdings Inc, and AG Holdings. Mr. De Ayala is the Co-Vice Chairman of the Makati Business Club. He serves as a Director at Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.Makati Business Club.

Mr. Cezar Consing has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of the Philippine Islands from 2013 to 2021, Partner at the Rohatyn Group from 2004 to 2013. Previously, he served at JP Morgan & Co. in Hong Kong and Singapore from 1985 to 2004. Currently, he serves as the Co-Vice Chairman of Globe Telecom, Inc. and Vice-Chairman of Bank of the Philippine Islands and ACEN Corporation. Mr. Consing also serves as a Director of First Myanmar Investment Public Company Limited.

Mr. Alberto M. De Larrazabal serves as the Senior Managing Director, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Sustainability Officer, and the Head of Finance at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Marsman Drysdale Corp, and the Vice President and Head of Consumer Sector at JP Morgan, Hong Kong. He was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at San Miguel Corporation, and the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Globe Telecom, Inc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of AC Ventures Holdings Corp., and Chairman of Darong Agricultural and Development Corporation and LiveIt Investments Limited. He is the Vice Chairman of Lagdigan Land Corporation. Mr. Larrazabal also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AYC Finance Limited and Bestfull Holdings Limited. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Azalea International Venture Partners Limited, and the President of Liontide Holdings, Inc. and Philwater Holdings Company, Inc.

Mr. Solomon M. Hermosura serves as the Senior Managing Director, Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer, and the Head of Corporate Governance at the company. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ayala Group Legal and as the Corporate Secretary and Group General Counsel of Ayala Land Inc. Mr. Hermosura also serves as the Secretary of Globe Telecom Inc, Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc, AC Energy Corp, Ayala Foundation Inc, and AREIT Inc.

Mr. Francisco Romero Milan has been the Head of Corporate Resources, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Managing Director of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he was the Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer of Integrated-Micro Electronics, Inc. He also served as the Head of Human Resources and Sustainability of AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc. Mr. Milan held various leadership roles at A.P. Moller-Maersk.
