Mr. Hari Mohan Bangur has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of the company and as the President of the Cement Manufacturers’ Association (CMA) from 2007 to 2009. He was also the former Executive Member at FCCI.

Mr. Prashant Bangur has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Joint Managing Director of the company. Currently, he serves as a Director of Khemka Properties Pvt. Ltd, Ragini Properties Pvt. Ltd. and SCL Investment Corp Pte. Ltd. He joined the company in 2004. He is also a member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata as well as the Managing Committee of the Bharat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Kolkata. He also serves as a member of the Managing Committee of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and also a member of the National Management Committee of the Cement Manufacturers' Association (CMA).

Mr. Ramanujan Krishnakumar has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he was head of the engineering department at ACC.
