I am the of Content Director for Verdict Financial’s Global Retail Banking and UK Insurance portfolios.
Having started working first in Life and Pensions, then setting up our Financial Services Consumer Insight proposition, I have an opinion on most things Financial Services related. My real passion is the consumer’s role in Financial Services, how our industry can better serve customers, and how we can move past the current environment of mistrust.
Day-to-day, my priority is to ensure my teams deliver timely insights that help solve the challenges that keep our clients awake at night. A great day at work for me is hearing that we have genuinely helped a client in this current difficult business climate.
